We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or replacement.
Custom Orders
Since each custom portrait tee is made specifically for you:
Before Production:
- You can cancel or modify your order anytime before you approve the design proof
- Full refund issued, no questions asked
After You Approve the Design:
- If there’s a production error or quality issue on our end, we’ll remake it free or provide a full refund
- If you simply changed your mind after approving, custom items cannot be returned (they’re personalized for you)
If We Made a Mistake:
- Wrong design, poor print quality, or defective product? We’ll remake it immediately at no cost or issue a full refund
Non-Custom Items
For non-personalized products:
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Full refund once we receive the return
How to Request a Refund

- Include photos if there’s a quality issue
- We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed
Exchanges
Wrong size? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Just cover return shipping, and we’ll send the correct size at no charge.
What’s Not Covered
- Items damaged due to improper care or washing
- Returns requested after 30 days
- Custom orders where you approved the design and there are no quality issues
